My apologies to those of you who may have received this from NCHERM
directly or have received multiple copies from various listserves....
The attached is information on a sexual misconduct adjudication workshop
that will be held at University of Dayton (UD) on September 23rd, 2004.
The workshop is a being facilitated by the National Center for Higher
Education Risk Management and co-sponsored by the University of Dayton. It
will be available via satellite downlink for real-time, onsite training,
or participants can participate in the same manner by coming to the UD
campus. As you will note, the fee structure for the workshop allows for
a variety of economical ways to take advantage of this opportunity. Please
