Princeton University Health Services announces the position of SHARE Program
Coordinator.  SHARE is the sexual harassment and assault advisng,
resource, and education program.  The successful candidate will be a
psychologist or social worker with expertise in trauma recovery counseling
for persons affected by sexual assault, sexual harassment, and harassment 
based
on sexual orientation.  The candidate should also be experienced in sexual
violence education on varying levels (faculty, staff, and students) as
well as training of campus personnel in effective response to sexual
assault and harassment.  Experience on a college campus is a plus as well
as experience with peer education, although sexual violence experts from
community or medical centers will also be considered.
The successful applicant must have a deep understanding of the full
range of developmental and mental health challenges affecting young
adults and demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with and
facilitate the provision of culturally sensitive health-care to
multiple constituencies.  Skills in working effectively with college-age
populations including international students, faculty, and university
administrators are essential.  The posiiton is a 10-month per year position 
and the desired start date is September 1st 2004.  Interested parties should
