Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology, or Health required. Two years of experience in creating gender specific support groups required. Experience in the area of male violence prevention education programs preferred. Knowledge of sexual violence prevention, substance abuse prevention and intervention, diversity issues, and community organizing and advocacy necessary. Must have excellent communication skills. Good team building and facilitation skills necessary. Computer skills helpful.
Explore opportunities for working with correction facilities to ensure the availability of services for victims and perpetrators of sexual violence. Facilitate workshops and provide technical assistance on male involvement in sexual violence prevention. Research and write grants to fund expansion plans.
