Hi Molly:

Our campus doesn't do mediation nor student grievance when sexual assault is
the charge. It's an issue for Judicial Affairs.

Once a charge is made, the alleged perpetrator is moved, sometimes off
campus. But until the investigation shows that someone is found to have
committed a crime, we can't notify the campus of the person by name.

If the student is found to have committed rape or sexual assault, they are
generally expelled and not allowed to return to the CSU system for two
years. I think there may also be a transcript notation, but I'm not sure.
