Hi all,
Georgetown University is currently reviewing our sexual assault policy and
adjudication process, and I need
some quick information on other University processes. Any information you
could provide on your policy
language would be helpful. Please respond privately to
,
and I will compile the
responses and forward them back to the list.
1. How does your University sexual assault policy define consent (i.e.
verbal, parameters of consent, not
at all, etc.)
2. Has your University experienced the problem of alleged perpetrators filing
counter-charges against the
victims?
Any explanation of your answers would be very helpful. Thank you very much in
advance!
