Hi Molly:

I hope you're doing well! I saw your request on the listserve, so here's my
$0.02.

Many men on our campus were offended by the splash guards' (we actually did
stickers that went near the urinals) message, feeling that it "blamed"
anyone with a penis for rape. We ended up having to remove them. I don't
love the message because they won't stop rape with their penises (this plays
to the myth that rape is all about men's sexual desire), but with their
hearts and minds.

I like the stuff from Men Can Stop Rape much more (mencanstoprape.org). I
bought the posters and postcards and distributed the latter to all our
residential staff who oversee buildings. They were going to display them on
their doors, etc. Not especially innovative, but a good message.
