Facilities Management Outage Notification

HVAC Outage  REVISED - SEE NEW DATES BELOW  

BLDG: 2428 Morea House

 

ALL FLOORS AFFECTED  

Impact to Building Occupants:  No Heating

Radiator system will be offline between 8am and Noon. For as long as it takes to reattach 2 boilers and restart system.

Scheduled Start Date and Time:	2025-Mar-11 08:00 March 13, 2025 at 9:30:00 AM EDT
Scheduled End Date and Time:	2025-Mar-11 12:01 March 13, 2025 at 2:00:00 PM EDT
Reason for Outage:	Reinstall 2 radiators onto boiler system loop. Final completion.

Important Notes:

1. The specified utility or building system will be out of service as noted above.  Please advise the Outage Coordinator immediately if this can not be accommodated in areas under your control or direction
2. Those performing work associated with this outage MUST  notify the Systems Control Center (982-4685) PRIOR TO THE START and upon COMPLETION of all work
