Facilities Management Outage Notification

EMERGENCY 

Water Hot and Cold Outage    

BLDG: 2148 Student Health And Wellness Center

 

ALL FLOORS AFFECTED  

Impact to Building Occupants:  No Cold Water No Hot Water No Drinking Water No Flushing or Shower water

Emergency Outage to stop a leak on 3rd floor, Isolation Valve did not stop the water.
No fixtures will have water supply during the duration of the outage.

Scheduled End Date and Time:	2024-Jun-03 11:30
Reason for Outage:	Ceiling Leak on the 3rd floor on the main line, valve did not shut water off. Shutting down to prevent water loss and isolate the leak while stop is put in place.

1. The specified utility or building system will be out of service as noted above.  Please advise the Outage Coordinator immediately if this can not be accommodated in areas under your control or direction
2. Those performing work associated with this outage MUST  notify the Systems Control Center (982-4685) PRIOR TO THE START and upon COMPLETION of all work
