Facilities Management Outage Notification

Building Steam - LTHW (Low Temp Hot Water) Outage    

BLDG: 2373 Tuttle-Dunnington House

 

ALL FLOORS AFFECTED  

Impact to Building Occupants:  Building will be cooler and more humid No Heating No Hot Water

Steam will be shut off to Tuttle Dunnington May 22nd and steam distribution lines to the building will be replaced with hot water lines. The new hot water lines will be installed and put into service by August 15th. This will be the new means of heat and domestic hot water to the building.

Scheduled End Date and Time:	2024-Aug-15 17:00
Reason for Outage:	Replacing steam utilities with hot water utilities.

1. The specified utility or building system will be out of service as noted above.  Please advise the Outage Coordinator immediately if this can not be accommodated in areas under your control or direction
2. Those performing work associated with this outage MUST  notify the Systems Control Center (982-4685) PRIOR TO THE START and upon COMPLETION of all work
