Facilities Management Outage Notification

Fire System Sprinkler System Outage    

BLDG: 2374 Shannon House

 

Affected Floors / Rooms:  1st Floor Only.

Impact to Building Occupants:  No Fire Suppression

There will be a sprinkler outage for the 1st floor on Thursday, March 16th from 7am - Noon. During this time you will see an individual from RMC Events walking the first floor to perform Fire Watch duties.

This Outage Will Occur Daily: -

Scheduled Start Date and Time:	2023-Mar-16 07:00
Scheduled End Date and Time:	2023-Mar-16 12:00
Reason for Outage:	We will be installing new sprinkler branch lines for the Shannon House Classroom project.

Important Notes:

1. The specified utility or building system will be out of service as noted above.  Please advise the Outage Coordinator immediately if this can not be accommodated in areas under your control or direction
2. Those performing work associated with this outage MUST  notify the Systems Control Center (982-4685) PRIOR TO THE START and upon COMPLETION of all work
