Impact to Building Occupants: No cold water No hot water No drinking water No flushing or shower water

Reason for Outage:	Replacing Fire Hydrant (UVFH7245) Located between 476 & 470 Farrish Circle. This Hydrant didn't meet our spec for annual PM. Also was installed in 1965.
