Facilities Management Outage Notification

Fire Alarm System (Fire System Panel) Outage   

AFFECTED BLDGS: 

2374 Shannon House

2360 Cauthen House

2304 Fitzhugh House

2305 Dunglison House

2306 Courtenay House

2366 Woody House

Impact to Building Occupants: No heating

Outage duration not to exceed four hours. Domestic Hot Water, DHW, will not be impacted!

Scheduled Start Date and Time:	2021-Sep-02 07:00
Scheduled End Date and Time:	2021-Sep-02 16:00
Reason for Outage:	Disconnect the existing shell and tube heat exchanger from the existing piping system, X-C-1. The duration of the outage is expected to be four, 4, hours or less. We anticipate that occupants will not be disrupted by lack of heating or domestic hot water.

2. Those performing work associated with this outage MUST  notify the Systems Control Center (982-4685) PRIOR TO THE START and upon COMPLETION of all work
