Fire System - Fire Suppression,Sprinkler System Outage    

BLDG: 2150 Bond House

 

ALL FLOORS AFFECTED  

Impact to Building Occupants:  No Fire Suppression

To correct 2 deficiencies that were found during the annual third party fire pump inspection and flow capacity test report for Bond House which includes correcting the damaged fire pump test header threads and correcting the fire pump jockey pump sensing line that is tied in the wrong spot. Work also includes correcting a standpipe leak from previous corrective work at the first floor north stair landing
