Facilities Management Outage Notification

Please Post Centrally in Your Department

 

Natural Gas Outage    

BLDG: 2150 Bond House

 

ALL FLOORS AFFECTED  

Impact to Building Occupants:  No Hot Water

There will be no hot water on ALL FLOORS for showers or hand washing starting at 6pm on Wednesday, March 11th through 6am on Thursday, March 12th.

The dryers will also be down on ALL FLOORS starting at 6pm on Wednesday, March 11th through 5pm on Thursday, March 12th.

Scheduled Start Date and Time:	2020-Mar-11 18:00
Scheduled End Date and Time:	2020-Mar-12 17:00
Reason for Outage:	We will be installing a shut-off valve on the gas line to the dryers in an effort to isolate the dryers line from the domestic water heater line. We will also be raising the gas line on the 1st floor in efforts to raise the ceiling height in the lab space.

1. The specified utility or building system will be out of service as noted above.  Please advise the Outage Coordinator immediately if this can not be accommodated in areas under your control or direction
2. Those performing work associated with this outage MUST  notify the Systems Control Center (982-4685) PRIOR TO THE START and upon COMPLETION of all work
