Facilities Management Outage Notification

Electricity - Normal Power Outage    

Panels DP1, L1B1, L1B2 and L1A (see above for services affected).

BLDG: 2150 Bond House

 

Affected Floors / Rooms:  • Unit 133 and 134 – NO POWER
• Blower coils in 121, 120, 134, C125, and C120 – NO HEAT/COOLING
• Fan coils in 109, C129, C130 and M131 – NO HEAT/COOLING
• Receptacles in the exterior portal, Study 122, Plaza and Courtyard - NO POWER
• Receptacles in the Package Center in Lobby 121 - NO POWER
• Door Holds on 1st Floor – DOOR WILL STILL BE FUNTIONABLE
• Site Lighting in the courtyard – NO LIGHTS
• Door opener in Rm. 121 – DOOR WILL STILL BE FUNTIONABLE
• Unit 135, 136, 137 and 138 – NO POWER, LIGHTS OR HEAT/COOLING
• Lighting, Phone/Data in M131 – THE BREAKERS FOR THIS WERE PLACED IN THE OFF POSITION BY OTHERS (NOT FM). THIS WILL NOT AFFECT THE STUDENTS.
• Door Openers in C125 – DOOR WILL STILL BE FUNTIONABLE
• Receptacles in C130 - NO POWER
• Door Holder (unknown location) – DOOR WILL STILL BE FUNTIONABLE
• Fan Coils in C120 – NO HEAT/COOLING
• Lighting in 104, 105 (fit-out space) and exterior – NO POWER OR LIGHTS
• Receptacles in T105, Exterior Portal - NO POWER
• Door Holder for T105 – DOOR WILL STILL BE FUNTIONABLE

Impact to Building Occupants:  No Cooling,No Heating,No Electricity

Affected areas are all on the 1st floor.

Scheduled Start Date and Time:	2020-Feb-13 10:00
Scheduled End Date and Time:	2020-Feb-13 12:00
Reason for Outage:	CC&R will be pulling and landing wires on their breakers for the new panel in the fit-out space (Democracy Lab) of Brandon Avenue. This panel is connected to several other panels (DP1, L1B1, L1B1 and L1A). All will need to be taken down (all at once) in order to complete the work.
