Facilities Management Outage Notification

 

Please Post Centrally in Your Department

Electricity (Normal Power) Outage   

AFFECTED BLDGS: 

2375 Gibbons House

2304 Fitzhugh House

2305 Dunglison House

2306 Courtenay House

Impact to Building Occupants: No electricity

Electricity at Gibbons is expected to be restored by 11:00 a.m. Electricity at Courtenay, Dunglison, and Fitzhugh will be restored together after work is completed.

Scheduled Start Date and Time:	2019-Aug-11 07:00
Scheduled End Date and Time:	2019-Aug-11 13:00
Reason for Outage:	To replace the electrical transformer that serves Courtenay, Dunglison, and Fitzhugh. Also to make final electrical connections for new electrical services at each previously mentioned dorm for new VRF cooling systems.

2. Those performing work associated with this outage MUST  notify the Systems Control Center (982-4685) PRIOR TO THE START and upon COMPLETION of all work
