This version fixes a bug in the alignment annotation code that made it thread-unsafe. If you were not using the -V option, the bug had no effect.

Compiled versions of the fasta-36.3.8 programs are also available for Mac OS X and Windows32.

I'm happy to announce that the fasta36 package is now available on github.com:

http://github.com/wpearson/fasta36

In addition to the source code and compiled windows32 and Mac OS X version, the github.com also has linux64 and linux32 binaries.
