Hi,

Is there any limited number of FASTA sequences that can be processed by lalign36?

I have two files:
- adapters.fa : 2 FASTA sequences (DNA)
- single.fa : ~ 2.200.000 sequences (DNA)

And I execute lalign36 the following way:
> lalign36 -n -m 10 single.fa adapters.fa

After the execution, it seems that only ~ 900.000 sequences in single.fa have been processed.
