A bug-fix version of the recently released fasta-36.3.5 program, 
fasta-36.3.5a, is available from:

(The older fasta-36.3.5.tar.gz version has been removed.)

This release fixes a serious bug that caused portions of very long DNA 
library sequences to be skipped. In addition, it fixes some more subtle bugs 
in the library expansion script strategy -- the expansion script code has now 
been much more thoroughly tested.  Finally, for consistency with earlier 
versions of fasta36, an additional blank line has been inserted before the 
final summary.

The major improvements in fasta-36.3.5 include:

(1) output to different files in different output formats

(2) availability of a "expand.sh" script capability, which allows a smaller 
database to be searched, and then produce links to additional sequences that 
are aligned.
