Impact to Building Occupants: Building will be cooler and more humid No heating

Outage for Project over the summer, No impact should be felt by building occupants since the heating system would not be in use during summer months.

Reason for Outage:	To convert Randall Hall's heating hot water service and the surrounding buildings it serves.
