Facilities Management Outage Notification

Hot Domestic Water Outage   

AFFECTED BLDGS: 

2013 West Lawn

2021 West Lawn Wash Room

2003 West Range

0002 HOTEL A

0006 HOTEL C/ JEFFERSON HALL

Impact to Building Occupants: No hot water

Domestic hot water service will be turned off in the West Lawn and West Range student rooms, as well as in the bathrooms at Hotel A and Hotel C. Domestic cold water service will remain in operation so sinks, toilets, and urinals will still function.

Scheduled Start Date and Time:	2022-Mar-03 09:00
Scheduled End Date and Time:	2022-Mar-03 13:00
Reason for Outage:	Connection of DHW in Pavilion IX to new DHW heater installed in Cocke Hall as part of LTHW project. All West Lawn and West Range student rooms will be affected, as well as Hotel A and Hotel C.

1. The specified utility or building system will be out of service as noted above.  Please advise the Outage Coordinator immediately if this can not be accommodated in areas under your control or direction
2. Those performing work associated with this outage MUST  notify the Systems Control Center (982-4685) PRIOR TO THE START and upon COMPLETION of all work
