Health System Planned Outage Notification

Chilled Water Outage   

   

 

BLDG: 1150 University Hospital

AFFECTED FLOORS:
  Second 2M
2nd Floor ORs 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 & 22
Perioperative has already blocked these ORs for this outage.

   

During the chilled water changeover & testing for each individual AHU, there will be sporadic chilled water flow through the cooling coil, but airflow will not be impacted. Temperatures could rise above set point if the outside air temperatures are above 70 degrees. Each individual unit should only take a few hours, thus the impacts are only for 3 hours per area served by each unit.

While no interruptions in service are expected, beyond those indicated in this notice, you should review your local area response plan prior to the outage.  For unexpected issues related to this outage please report to Help Desk at 4-2267 and your local clinical leadership for operational response.
