FIRE ALARM INSPECTION / TEST

PLEASE POST CENTRALLY IN YOUR DEPARTMENT

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT WILL BE INSPECTING / TESTING THE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM IN BLDG:

0605 2420 Old Ivy Rd Office Bldg

No interruptions in service are expected, beyond those indicated in this notice.  
For unexpected issues related to this test please report to FM Customer Support at 4-1777.

FIRE DOORS STATUS:
      Fire Doors Will NOT Close



AHU EQUIPMENT STATUS:
      Equipment Will NOT Shut Down

Additional Notes for Fire System Maintenance Personnel

Note 1:  Ensure there is not any troubles on the fire panel when system is back in service

Note 2:  Per State Fire Marshal - Fire watch must be provided when the fire alarm or sprinkler systems are out of service.  

Note 3:  Systems Control (2-4685) prior to starting and upon completion of all work
