Facilities Management Outage Notification

Electricity Normal Power Outage    

Panel NLP1A will be shut down during this outage (see panel schedule attached).

BLDG: 0605 2420 Old Ivy Rd Office Building

 

Affected Floors / Rooms:  1st Floor receptacles in Rms. 106, 108, 109, 110, exterior North, lobby vestibule, 1110, 1110A, 1110B, 1118, 1119, 1120, 1121, 1126, 1113, 1124, 1125, 1126 (fax) and 1126 (copier). 1st Floor workstations in 1122 and 1129. RCP-1 HW pump and the VRF System.

Impact to Building Occupants:  No Cooling No Electricity

The following will be affected by this outage:

1st Floor receptacles in Rms. 106, 108, 109, 110, exterior North, lobby vestibule, 1110, 1110A, 1110B, 1118, 1119, 1120, 1121, 1126, 1113, 1124, 1125, 1126 (fax) and 1126 (copier). 1st Floor workstations in Rms. 1122 and 1129.

Scheduled Start Date and Time:	2024-Jul-31 05:00 AM
Scheduled End Date and Time:	2024-Jul-31 07:00 AM
Reason for Outage:	We will be tying the new electrical panel to existing Panel NLP1A.

I haven't heard back from everyone but the date was changed due to several scheduled meetings occurring in the building on 7/30.
