Facilities Management Outage Notification

EMERGENCY 

Fire System Sprinkler System Outage    

BLDG: 0605 2420 Old Ivy Rd Office Bldg

 

Affected Floors / Rooms:  3rd Floor Only

Impact to Building Occupants:  No Fire Suppression

On Monday (April 29th) we will have an employee walking the 3rd floor as part of their fire watch duties during the sprinkler outage, from 6am - Noon.

Scheduled Start Date and Time:	2024-Apr-29 06:00 AM
Scheduled End Date and Time:	2024-Apr-29 12:00 PM
Reason for Outage:	The project is on a tight timeline and in order to maintain the current schedule, we will need to complete this work no later than Monday, April 29th.

1. The specified utility or building system will be out of service as noted above.  Please advise the Outage Coordinator immediately if this can not be accommodated in areas under your control or direction
2. Those performing work associated with this outage MUST  notify the Systems Control Center (982-4685) PRIOR TO THE START and upon COMPLETION of all work
