Facilities Management Outage Notification

EMERGENCY 

Water Hot Outage    

BLDG: 0442 Drama Education Building

 

ALL FLOORS AFFECTED  

Impact to Building Occupants:  No Hot Water

Emergency outage due to water heater leak for both Drama Education Building and Addition. End date subject to change based on delivery and availblity of replacement water heater. Only Hot water is affected, Restrooms, sinks, fountains, and bottle fillers will still function.

Reason for Outage:	Water heater was leaking, the tank was failing and had to be turned off to prevent possible damage.

1. The specified utility or building system will be out of service as noted above.  Please advise the Outage Coordinator immediately if this can not be accommodated in areas under your control or direction
2. Those performing work associated with this outage MUST  notify the Systems Control Center (982-4685) PRIOR TO THE START and upon COMPLETION of all work
