Affected Floors / Rooms:  Shuts down the IT closet running the chiller plant

Impact to Building Occupants:  No Cooling,No Hot Water,No Electricity

Affects Electrical of 1st Floor Area under Remodel

Reason for Outage:	Tie in new circuits
