Facilities Management Outage Notification

Fire System - Sprinkler System Outage    

BLDG: 0438 CAMPBELL HALL

 

Affected Floors / Rooms:  Mechanical Room Only.

Impact to Building Occupants:  No Fire Suppression

This outage will only impact the sprinkler system in the mechanical room, and the system in the remainder of the building will remain in normal operation.

Scheduled Start Date and Time:	2019-Jul-03 07:00
Scheduled End Date and Time:	2019-Jul-03 12:00
Reason for Outage:	There are some existing branch lines in the Campbell Mechanical room that currently in the way of the new duct for the new DOAS unit. These lines will be cut and capped during this outage and re-installed after the duct installation has been completed.

1. The specified utility or building system will be out of service as noted above.  Please advise the Outage Coordinator immediately if this can not be accommodated in areas under your control or direction
2. Those performing work associated with this outage MUST  notify the Systems Control Center (982-4685) PRIOR TO THE START and upon COMPLETION of all work
