Facilities Management Outage Notification

Please Post Centrally in Your Department

 

Water Hot and Cold Outage    

BLDG: 0421 Madison Hall

 

ALL FLOORS AFFECTED  

Impact to Building Occupants:  No Cold Water No Hot Water No Drinking Water No Flushing or Shower water

Outage is to repair a faulty gate valve on the main supply line. Building is currently using a bypass.

Scheduled Start Date and Time:	2023-Aug-16 06:00
Scheduled End Date and Time:	2023-Aug-16 08:00
Reason for Outage:	Repairing a damaged Gate Valve that failed during a recent repair. The gate valve is tied to the main line. Water Supply to the building is using a bypass line that is allowing street pressure to the building.

2. Those performing work associated with this outage MUST  notify the Systems Control Center (982-4685) PRIOR TO THE START and upon COMPLETION of all work
