Facilities Management Outage Notification

Building Steam - Outage    

BLDG: 0407 Bayly Bldg

 

ALL FLOORS AFFECTED  

Impact to Building Occupants:  No Reheat / Humidification

This will shut down the steam boilers that provide humidification to the building. Planning for Friday, December 8th. Fall-back date will be Wednesday, December 13th (if the valve doesn't come in time)

Scheduled Start Date and Time:	2023-Dec-08 07:00
Scheduled End Date and Time:	2023-Dec-08 15:30
Reason for Outage:	Install valves associated with the boiler refeed pump

1. The specified utility or building system will be out of service as noted above.  Please advise the Outage Coordinator immediately if this can not be accommodated in areas under your control or direction
2. Those performing work associated with this outage MUST  notify the Systems Control Center (982-4685) PRIOR TO THE START and upon COMPLETION of all work
