HVAC Outage    

BLDG: 0264 BAVARO HALL

 

Affected Floors / Rooms:  All work confined to MB003. No building impact.

Impact to Building Occupants:  None

This Outage Will Occur Daily: 07:00-16:00

Scheduled Start Date and Time:	2020-Nov-16 07:00
Scheduled End Date and Time:	2020-Dec-09 00:00
Reason for Outage:	As part of the Medium Temperature Hot Water conversion project, mechanical work is required in the mechanical room, MB003. The work includes removing the existing heat exchanger HX-2, related piping, valves and appurtenances. The LTWH blending loop will be installed to replace the MTWH system currently servicing the building.
