BLDG: 0261 Shelburne Hall / Highway Research
 
Affected Floors / Rooms:  All power, lighting, exhaust fanes, and fan coil units on 3rd floor.

Impact to Building Occupants:  No Heating No Cooling No Electricity

Reason for Outage:  
Making final electrical connections in panel LR and adding breakers.
