Facilities Management Outage Notification

Electricity - Normal Power Outage    

Panel A on the upper floor, may need to briefly be de-energized. If so, only the upper floor should be affected.
De-energizing the panel would occur only after the staff located there, have finished their work shift for the day.

BLDG: 0231 STORES WAREHOUSE

 

Affected Floors / Rooms:  Top Floor

Impact to Building Occupants:  No Electricity

This outage request is precautionary for electrical safety reasons and for notification purposes, in the event we need to turn the panel off for a few minutes.

Scheduled End Date and Time:	2020-Jan-22 04:45 PM
Reason for Outage:	Connect space heater to electrical panel

2. Those performing work associated with this outage MUST  notify the Systems Control Center (982-4685) PRIOR TO THE START and upon COMPLETION of all work
