Impact to Building Occupants:  Building will be cooler and more humid,No Heating,No Cold Water,No Hot Water,No Drinking Water,No Flushing or Shower water
No Domestic cold water, No Domestic hot water, No Steam & No Medium Temperature Hot Water.
