Facilities Management Outage Notification

Please Post Centrally in Your Department

 

Electricity Normal Power Outage    

Panels 5HM1 & 5L3 will be out of operation from 6AM-8AM for electrical work to transfer heat trace feed from 5HM1 to 5L3 for correct voltage panel. This will affect fan coil units, roof-top units, & BAS controls as well.

BLDG: 0082 Edgar Shannon Library

 

Affected Floors / Rooms:  5th floor electrical panels 5HM1 & 5L3 will be shut off for 2 hour outage.

Impact to Building Occupants:  No Electricity No Cooling

Scheduled Start Date and Time:	2024-Oct-09 06:00
Scheduled End Date and Time:	2024-Oct-09 08:00
Reason for Outage:	Correcting heat trace feed to correct electrical panel in Shannon Library 5th floor.

2. Those performing work associated with this outage MUST  notify the Systems Control Center (982-4685) PRIOR TO THE START and upon COMPLETION of all work
