Facilities Management Outage Notification

Please Post Centrally in Your Department

 

Electricity - Normal Power Outage    

We will be shutting down Panel A in the basement. It is a distribution panel and is poorly labeled. We are not sure what will be affected in the building when we shut it down. Please assume the entire building will be offline during the outage.

BLDG: 0066 MAURY HALL

 

ALL FLOORS AFFECTED  

Impact to Building Occupants:  No Cooling,No Heating,No Hot Water,No Electricity

The panel is not labeled correctly! We are not sure what all will be affected during the outage. Assume no power to entire building.

Scheduled Start Date and Time:	2020-Jul-09 06:00
Scheduled End Date and Time:	2020-Jul-09 10:00
Reason for Outage:	New panel tie in for new HVAC units. Panel A in basement will be shutdown for the tie-in.

2. Those performing work associated with this outage MUST  notify the Systems Control Center (982-4685) PRIOR TO THE START and upon COMPLETION of all work
