Tunnel Lights and Recepticles in Tunnel D

Impact to Building Occupants:  No Electricity No Heating Building will be cooler and more humid

Outage to occur early in the morning to keep impact to a minimum. Outage isolated to HVAC Equipment and Lights in Tunnel D.
