Facilities Management Outage Notification

Fire Alarm System (Fire System Panel, Sprinkler System & Fire Suppression) Outage   

AFFECTED BLDGS: 

0059 OLD CABELL HALL

0060 NEW CABELL HALL

Impact to Building Occupants: No fire alarms

Please note this work is part of a larger project to convert the Medium Temperature Hot Water system to Low Temperature Hot Water.

This specific outage notice is for a portion of the fire protection system located in two mechanical rooms, and the fire systems in those two rooms will temporarily be disabled to allow for cutting and welding activities. The remaining portions of the fire protection systems in OCH and NCH will stay in normal operation.

There will be a separate outage notice coming soon that will indicate the heat/reheat systems in OCH, NCH, and Wilson will be offline for a few weeks.

Scheduled End Date and Time:	2020-Jun-19 16:00
Reason for Outage:	Select demolition of piping and installation of new valves required to support project requirements.
