Facilities Management Outage Notification

Please Post Centrally in Your Department

 

Electricity Normal Power Outage    

Panel LPSA will be taken offline to allow work to take place in the panel. They need to swap some breakers and complete a couple of tie-ins.

BLDG: 0057 Robertson Hall

 

ALL FLOORS AFFECTED  Elevator 1, HVAC Controls, and Fire Panel
M001, M003, Basement Mechanical Space.

Impact to Building Occupants:  No Electricity No Elevators None

Outage to occur early in the day to keep impact to a minimum. Elevators may be affect.

Scheduled Start Date and Time:	2025-Jan-09 06:00
Scheduled End Date and Time:	2025-Jan-09 08:00
Reason for Outage:	This outage is necessary to replace some breakers and complete a tie-ins to the panel. The Fire Alarm Control Panel will go to battery backup.

1. The specified utility or building system will be out of service as noted above.  Please advise the Outage Coordinator immediately if this can not be accommodated in areas under your control or direction
2. Those performing work associated with this outage MUST  notify the Systems Control Center (982-4685) PRIOR TO THE START and upon COMPLETION of all work
