Facilities Management Outage Notification

Electricity (Normal Power) Outage   

AFFECTED BLDGS: 

0011 HOTEL E ANNEX/ COLONNADE HOTEL

0010 HOTEL E/ COLONNADE HOTEL

0055 GARRETT HALL

Impact to Building Occupants: No cooling Building will be cooler and more humid No electricity No elevators No heating No drinking water

Garrett Hall, Garrett Hall Annex, Hole E and Hotel E Annex will be without power on Saturday, May 14th from 6am - 9am. Partial power will be restored when work permits in Hotel E.

Scheduled Start Date and Time:	2022-May-14 06:00
Scheduled End Date and Time:	2022-May-14 09:00
Reason for Outage:	We will be removing the temporary disconnects (600a and 100a) and conductors installed for the Garrett Annex Project. In addition, we will be connecting the new MSB to the utility transformer.

2. Those performing work associated with this outage MUST  notify the Systems Control Center (982-4685) PRIOR TO THE START and upon COMPLETION of all work
