Facilities Management Outage Notification

Please Post Centrally in Your Department

 

Electricity Normal Power Outage    

BLDG: 0010 Hotel E / Colonnade Hotel

 

ALL FLOORS AFFECTED  

Impact to Building Occupants:  No Cooling No Heating Building will be cooler and more humid No Reheat / Humidification No Electricity

Power will be provided to freezers and fridges during the outage. Hotel E and Hotel E Annex will be affected. Partial power will be restored when work can be isolated to a single panel that feeds the Hotel E Annex. Work being done in conjunction with the electrical outage in Garrett Scheduled at the same time.

Scheduled Start Date and Time:	2022-May-14 06:00
Scheduled End Date and Time:	2022-May-14 14:00
Reason for Outage:	Installation of additional line for A/C replacement electrical needs. Providing temporary power to Graduation events on West Range

Important Notes:

1. The specified utility or building system will be out of service as noted above.  Please advise the Outage Coordinator immediately if this can not be accommodated in areas under your control or direction
2. Those performing work associated with this outage MUST  notify the Systems Control Center (982-4685) PRIOR TO THE START and upon COMPLETION of all work
